　　2.工作原理Working Principle

　　圖1是XZDS系列齒輪稀油振動(dòng)器結(jié)構(gòu)圖，用來(lái)說(shuō)明激振器的基本工作原理。箱體內(nèi)裝有主動(dòng)軸1和從動(dòng)軸2，軸端各有一對(duì)重量相同的不平衡重塊4(擺塊)，動(dòng)力帶動(dòng)主動(dòng)軸回轉(zhuǎn)，通過(guò)齒輪對(duì)3使從動(dòng)軸作相對(duì)而同步的旋轉(zhuǎn)，利用不平衡重回轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)產(chǎn)生的離心慣性力使激振器產(chǎn)生定向激振力，通過(guò)調(diào)整擺塊回轉(zhuǎn)速度和配重塞塊的數(shù)量、位置，以改變不平衡回轉(zhuǎn)重量，來(lái)調(diào)整激振力和工作力矩的大小。密封的箱體內(nèi)加注齒輪油，使齒輪和軸承潤(rùn)滑和散熱，保證傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、運(yùn)行可靠。

　　Figure 1 is the structural diagram of the XZDS series gear dilute oil vibrator,which is used to illustrate the basic working principle of the vibrator.The inside vibrator box is equipped with a driving shaft 1 and a driven shaft 2.There is a pair of unbalanced weights 4(swing blocks)with the same weight at each shaft end.The power drives the driving shaft to rotate,the driven shaft rotates relatively and synchronously through the gear pair 3,the centrifugal inertia force generated when the unbalanced weight rotates is used to generate directional excitation force in the vibrator.By adjusting the rotation speed of the pendulum block and the number and position of the counterweight plug blocks,the unbalanced rotation weight is changed to adjust the excitation force and working torque.The sealed vibrator box is filled with gear oil to lubricate and dissipate heat of the gears and bearings,ensuring smooth transmission and reliable operation.
